Apé Kedella Campsite is a ministry of Kithu Sevana, operating at Suduwella, Madampe, Sri Lanka. We are responsible for the personal data you give us when checking dates, sending a booking form, or using this site.

Information we collect

• —Booking details — your name, phone number, email address and group size, given when you call to check dates or send a booking form.
• —Payment information — deposit and payment details, securely handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• —Browsing information — device and browsing details collected through cookies, covered by our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• —To hold your dates, confirm your booking and take your deposit.
• —To arrange halls, catering and other extras your programme needs.
• —To settle your final bill, including any damage charges assessed after your stay.
• —To respond when you contact us.

Sharing your information

We share your information with our payment processor to take your deposit and payments, and with Kithu Sevana where a booking is handled at national office level. We otherwise share your data only where the law requires it.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your stay and meet our accounting obligations, and no longer.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so, or if you have any concern about how your data is handled, call the campsite on 071 371 0051 or the Kithu Sevana National Office on 011 295 9821.
