Terms and conditions
Apé Kedella Campsite, Suduwella, Madampe. These terms govern booking a block or room at the campsite and using this site to do so. Please read them before you book.
Use of this site
- —You must be at least 18 years old to book, and you are the person responsible for the group you book on behalf of.
- —You agree to give accurate, current information when booking and when contacting us about your group's programme.
- —You may not use this site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
Rates and bookings
Dates are checked and held by phone, then confirmed and paid for through this site. Rates are as quoted to you at the time of booking and are kept as affordable as we can manage — discounts cannot be considered, and we are grateful for your understanding.
We reserve the right to decline a booking, including for reasons of availability or a pricing error, and will let you know before any charge is taken.
Deposits and damages
Bookings are held against a Rs 75,000 deposit. After your stay, the campsite manager inspects the rooms and halls used; any damaged, lost or stolen items are charged against this deposit at the rates set out on our Damage Charges page, and the balance of the deposit is returned to you.
If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, you are expected to pay the balance to Kithu Sevana.
Extras and charges
Halls, catering, the pool and the generator are arranged directly with the campsite rather than booked on this site — tell us what your programme needs and it is added to your estimate and settled on the final bill. Current rates are listed on our Extras & charges page.
Cancellations and changes
For a cancellation or a change to a booking, please call the campsite on 071 371 0051 so we can talk through your dates and blocks.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall Apé Kedella Campsite or Kithu Sevana be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your group's stay or use of this site.
Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
