Cancelling a booking

• Cancel at least 7 days before the date and we refund you in full.
• Later cancellations may not be refunded.
• If we have to cancel, we refund you in full or move your booking to a date that suits you.

Refunds

Card payments are refunded to the same card through PayHere, usually within 7 to 14 working days.
